How do I order products?
To place an order, simply choose the products you desire by clicking the button “Add to cart” on a product page. Once you have chosen all the products, click on the shopping cart icon on the upper right corner and you will be directed to “My cart” page. Assure that you have chosen all the desired products and that the total sum is correct and then click to “Proceed to checkout”. This step should be pretty simple, just enter your name, email aaddress (be sure that you insert it correctly) and in order to finish the order, you must agree with our terms and conditions. Once you clicked on “Proceed to PayPal”, you can choose weather you will pay via PayPal or directly with a credit card. If payment is successfully received, please check you email, where you should find a notification of payment and the order itself. Inside this email, you will find a download link to your products. If you did not receive such email, please check the spam or other folders aswell. If you still can’t find the email, please contact us (email@example.com) ASAP and we’ll get it sorted in no time 🙂
How do I use the files?
The IR packs you purchased must be loaded into an IR loader. An IR loader is a plugin that allows you to load in the .WAV files you purchased. The IR loader is always put after the amp sim plugin (or signal from a real amp through a load box).
Are your IR’s compatible with my hardware?
If you have a piece of hardware that can load IR’s, ours will probably work. We however cannot offer support for any hardware.
Do you offer demos?
Unfortunately not. If you want to assure yourself of the quality we offer, feel free to try out some of our free products.
How are these IRs captured?
A lot of testing went into this before we settled on a method. The impulses were made using a high-end linear response power amplifier and captured via an audio recording device using a number of industry standard cabinet microphones.

RME Fireface UC, hi-end linear solid state amplifier, Shure Beta 52, Shure SM7B, Shure SM58, Shure SM57, Shure Beta 56A, sE Electronics SE5, sE Electronics X1 D, Sennheiser E606, BOSS© HM-2, Maxon© OD-808. Signal chain is either uncolored or through BOSS© HM-2 or Maxon© OD-808.

CE – centered position of microphone, A – angled (45º) position of microphone, L and R – overhead microphone placement.
